About Me

My 30+ year career includes developing leaders, global learning solutions, coaching behaviour change in wellbeing and personal/professional growth and facilitation. My unique blend of skills supports the growing difficulty in prioritising health and wellbeing at work and in life.

Accredited coach/mentor with EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), registered health coach with Professional Standards Authority and UK & Ireland Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA-RHC) and Certified International Health Coach with IAHC (International Association of Health Coaches), experienced facilitator and learning solutions consultant.

Notable Achievements

  • 20 years as a successful global learning solutions consultant/facilitator for top consulting, legal and behaviour change organisations serving Fortune 500 companies

  • Product owner of the Adaptive Strategic Executive Programme, developed in partnership with Duke Corporate Education, accredited by the Fuqua School of Business

  • 3 years as a board director for the LPI (Learning and Performance Institute)

  • Founder of a virtual coaching company and an instructional design editing company from conception

  • Spearheaded the launch of an innovative subscription-based online support community for women driving the project from concept to execution

  • Volunteer coach for the Shaw Academy; running wellbeing workshops for young people between 16-24 not in employment, education or training

  • Volunteer coach for the women’s Threshold mentoring programme; helping women develop their career in a supportive environment

  • Additional certifications in Yoga Sports Science, Mindfulness, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Massage and more, enriching my understanding of holistic wellness
