Sherril Kennedy PhD
My Philosophy
My philosophy has always been “I can if I will” so have been undaunted confronting difficulties others find too difficult. Combined with my belief of “philosopher heal thyself” I have spent my career supporting individuals and teams to find bespoke sustainable solutions that work for them and their organisation.
About Me
My mission is to equip senior leaders with the tools to shape their organisation's future, enabling positive contributions to society, a thriving workforce, and stronger communities. I specialise in analysing human decision-making, building on strengths while addressing dysfunctional group behaviours, and embedding sustainable processes for long-term success.
Through The Conscious Workplace, I extend this philosophy to a broader audience. I am known for my insight, integrity, and commitment to doing what is right while considering the needs of others.
