My Philosophy

Collaborating to develop mindful spaces for reflection, curiosity, exploration, and challenge—where new perspectives and learning can emerge, empowering us to live with greater presence, mastery, and wellness.

About Me

I have experienced a variety of careers, all with empowerment and the wellbeing of people at their heart.

I support individuals and groups to develop their personal mastery in life through raising awareness, building confidence, sharing knowledge and promoting learning. This enables them to develop different perspectives and access information that facilitates their best thinking.  It supports their emotional agility in times of challenge and uncertainty.  I’m known for being gentle and challenging.

I feel fortunate in being able to help people connect with themselves to feel present, and find a sense of purpose and belonging in their worlds.
