Katherine Saxby MSc
My Philosophy
We all have immense potential for self-healing and transformative change. I've personally experienced this, moving from paralysing neurological pain with no cure in sight to rebuilding my health through authentic practices, ancient and new. This fuels my passion for assisting and empowering others to enliven their wellbeing potential and fulfil their purpose in this world.
About Me
Seeking recovery from trauma, post-operative nerve pain, and intermittent paralysis, Katherine discovered the transformative potential of Awenydd shamanic practices. This profound self-healing journey led to over 15 years of training in this field.
In 2012, Katherine founded Creuynni Wellbeing and expanded this work to include additional leadership roles in other organisations, supporting holistic health across the UK and internationally. With this work, Katherine assists individuals in navigating life challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, panic attacks, addiction, and chronic pain.
Through one-to-one and group work, Katherine empowers individuals to enhance their health and improve their quality of life.
